Refunds

Pro and Team: yes, within 7 days of a payment, no questions — the first payment and each yearly renewal. A refund ends the plan that day. Pass: within 7 days if you haven't downloaded a PDF, created a share link or exported a file. Email support@trimload.com with your order number; refunds go out within 2 business days, and your bank usually shows one 5–10 business days after that. The 7 days count to the day your email reaches us, not the day we answer.

Why the Pass rule

A Pass gives everything for 7 days. Once a PDF or a share link is made, the work is delivered — so the checkout asks you to confirm that before you pay.

Who charges your card

Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment, tax and invoices for TrimLoad. Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply.

Cancel

Cancel in Account → Billing — two clicks, no form. You keep Pro or Team until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.
