What we store

On this device

Your packing list is saved in this browser on every change (“Saved on this device”), with no account. Browsers can clear it — iPhones may after a few weeks without a visit. To keep a plan, copy its share link or save it to your account. The sample plan is never saved. Free plans take up to 15 lines; line 16 onward is kept in the list, just not planned.

When you download loading steps

The list and the plan go to our server once to be checked again (and to decide the free footer); they are not stored. What stays is one line saying a PDF or a file was made: a random number and the time, plus your account, the saved plan and the payment when you are signed in. Signed out it is deleted after 30 days.

When you share

The plan (lines, sizes, weights, rules, equipment and the result) is stored on our server until the link ends: 30 days on Free, 1 year on paid plans. Delete a link any time.

Account

Saved plans, item lists and your logo stay while you have Pass, Pro or Team, and for 365 days after a paid plan ends — we email 14 days before deleting. “Delete account…” (Account → Data) removes them at once; backups are purged within 30 days.

Not stored

Pasted text is read in your browser. A list sent for a PDF is checked and dropped. We do not sell or share your lists. Payment details go to Polar only.
