Terms of use

Short and in plain words. By using TrimLoad you agree to these terms.

Plan is advisory; verify weights, securing and legal limits before loading.

1. What TrimLoad is

TrimLoad turns a packing list into a load plan for a container or truck and re-checks the plan every time you change it: door size, payload, stacking rules and support under every box. It is a planning aid. It does not know the condition of the cargo or the equipment, how the load is secured, or the road and axle rules where you drive. The person loading stays responsible for a safe, legal load.

2. Plans and prices

  • Free — $0: up to 15 lines per plan, one container or truck, all equipment, 3D, editing with re-checks, a loading-steps PDF with a small “Planned with TrimLoad” footer, share links for 30 days. No sign-up.
  • Pass — $9 (₹399 in India) for 7 days: everything in Pro for 7 days. One payment. Nothing renews. A second Pass bought while one runs starts when the first ends.
  • Pro — $29/month or $249/year (₹1,299/month or ₹10,999/year in India): plans of up to 200 lines and 10,000 boxes (one calculation), several containers, file upload, your logo, saved plans, share links for a year, no footer. Renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Team — $15 per editor a month or $129 a year (₹699 or ₹5,999 in India), from 3 editors: everything in Pro for each editor, shared item lists, folders, a logo per shipper and roles. Viewers are free and unlimited.
  • Prices are in US dollars, and in Indian rupees for buyers in India — the checkout shows the currency you pay in. In the US, Canada and India, sales tax or GST is added at checkout where it applies. Elsewhere, prices include VAT or GST.
  • Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment, tax and invoices for TrimLoad. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Pro and Team: within 7 days of a payment, no questions — the first payment and each yearly renewal. A refund ends the plan that day. Monthly renewals are not refunded; you can cancel at any time.
  • Pass: within 7 days if you haven't downloaded a PDF, created a share link or exported a file. At checkout you confirm that once you download a PDF, create a share link or export a file, the Pass is no longer refundable.
  • Email support@trimload.com with your order number; refunds go out within 2 business days, and your bank usually shows one 5–10 business days after that. The 7 days count to the moment your email reaches us, not to when we process it.
  • If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you more, that law applies.

4. Cancelling, failed payments and ending

  • Cancel any time in Account → Billing — two clicks, no form. You keep Pro or Team until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Yearly plans: we email you 30 days before each renewal.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays on for 7 days while we try again; then it ends.
  • When a paid plan ends, your plans stay: you can open them, download PDFs and share them. Editing plans over the Free limits needs a paid plan again. Saved plans are deleted 365 days after a paid plan ends; we email you 14 days before.
  • Share links keep working until their own end dates, even after you cancel.

5. Price changes and changes to these terms

  • Existing subscriptions keep their price for at least 12 months. If we raise a price after that, we email you 30 days and again 7 days before it applies, so you can cancel first.
  • When these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders at least 30 days before. The version and date are at the top of this page.

6. Your data

  • Your packing lists, plans and logos are yours. We use them only to run TrimLoad for you.
  • You can download everything or delete your account at any time — see privacy.
  • Only upload logos and lists you have the right to use.

7. Fair use

  • Free use without an account has daily limits per network (60 plans, 20 PDFs, 10 share links) so the service stays fast for everyone.
  • Don't attack, overload or scrape the service, upload harmful files, or use share links to spread other people's data. We may disable a share link that is reported and breaks these terms.

8. Liability

TrimLoad is provided as it is. Every plan is re-checked against the door, payload, floor and stacking rules it shows, and we fix reported problems quickly — but we are not liable for loading decisions, cargo damage, fines or delays. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
