Renews automatically at $75/month for 5 editors until you cancel. Cancel any time in Account → Billing. Viewers are free.

Refunds
- Pro and Team: within 7 days of a payment, no questions — the first payment and each yearly renewal. A refund ends the plan that day.
- Pass: within 7 days if you haven't downloaded a PDF, created a share link or exported a file.
- Email support@trimload.com with your order number; refunds go out within 2 business days, and your bank usually shows one 5–10 business days after that. The 7 days count to the day your email reaches us, not the day we answer. More about refunds
Questions
- What happens when my Pass ends?
- Nothing renews. Your saved plans stay for a year after it ends: open, download and share them. Planning more than 15 lines needs a new Pass or Pro. We email you two weeks before anything is deleted.
- Do I get an invoice for my company?
- Yes. Every payment has an invoice. Add your company name, address and VAT or GST number at checkout or later in Account → Billing, and download the invoice there.
- Who charges my card?
- Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment, tax and invoices for TrimLoad.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel in Account → Billing — two clicks, no form. You keep Pro or Team until the end of the period you paid for.
