Container loading calculator
Several cargo lines into one container — pallets that must not be stacked next to cartons that can. Every plan is checked for the door, the payload and the stacking rules.
Worked example — change anything
Change a size or the stacking — the number below is planned again in your browser and checked. Leave Qty empty to ask “how many fit?”.
empty = as many as fit
empty = as many as fit
Result
464 loaded
- EUR pallet 120 × 80 cm: 8 of 8
- Carton 60 × 40 × 40 cm: 456 (as many as fit)
- ✓ Checked: door, payload, floor support and stacking rules re-measured
- EUR pallet 120 × 80 cm
- Carton 60 × 40 × 40 cm
Mixed cargo? Pallets, cartons and crates in one load — the planner opens with this cargo already in it.
How it plans
- Lines with a Qty are placed first; lines with an empty Qty then take the space that is left.
- Every box must pass the door in the way it is placed, the load stays under the payload, every box stands fully on the floor or on boxes, and a heavy box never goes on a much lighter one.
- The result is re-measured by a separate checker before it is shown — the same one that checks every plan in the planner.
- Nothing you type leaves your browser.
